Anna Team defeated by Dr Udit Raj Team, One Bahujan IRS (Dr Udit Raj) Defeated to Another IRS (Mr Arvind Kejrival).

Till 24 August, nation was taken for ride by Anna Team then raised a real hero- Dr Uditraj to challenge them not only ideologically but with numerical strength. As a chairman of All India Confederation of SC/ST Organisation, he led a mammoth rally on 24 August, 11 at India Gate, N Delhi in which about 50000 people participated. He held a press conference on 23 August and engaged with so called civil society of Anna. He demanded Bahujan Lokpal Bill which entails that in the committee of Lokpal, the representation of SC/ST (Dalits), OBC and Minorities is to be ensured. Any attempt to subvert the constitution will be fought back. Leaders like Mr Sharad Yadav, Mr Lalu Yadav, and Mr Mulayam Singh Yadav got encouragement to challenge the Anna Team. In fact, their design is to control 85 percent people by 15 percent through Lokpal. Dr Uditraj questioned them that what the guarantee that Lokpal will not be corrupted. Why NGO, Media and Corporate Houses are not included? Miss Mayawati surprisingly took U turn and demanded the reservation as Dr Raj asked. Times of India Dated 27 August reported that Mayawati changed her stand because a Dalit leader took out a rally on 24 August and that was Dr Uditraj.

Now Anna team is celebrating the victory but what? The Parliament has just referred all 3 points for perusal namely PM to be brought under it but with riders, Judiciary is already out of the ambit of the bill and conducts of the MPs will not come under Lokpal. So there is no major victory and had Dr Uditraj not jumped to save constitution, things would have been different. Miss Mayawati should not have changed her stand. So stand and struggle of Dr Udit Raj turned waterloo for Anna team. Demands like Citizen Charter, lower bureaucracy, Lokayukt are considered by Parliament but it is in the nature of reference and not binding on standing committee. After the scrutiny by the standing committee, the same will again come to the Parliament. Mr Narernder Modi has already opposed the concept of State Lokaykt.

Dr Uditraj is very much against corruption but the intention of so called upper caste civil society is to catch and jail to the leaders and officers of Dalit, OBC and Minorities. He proved matching to them in all manners - crowed for crowed, Jan Lokpal bill for Bahujan Lokpal and upper caste civil society for Bahujan civil society.

Dalit Leader Dr Uditraj was IRS and Mr Arvind Kejrival was IRS and thus both were in same job. So far it seems more face saving for Anna Team.
