.Four More Witnesses Turned Hostile in Mirchpur Dalits Burning Case

Hisar (Haryana Live): The Infamous Mirchpur Village Dalits burning case is turning as another case of Justice Management in India, when on Thursday five witnesses Jaswant Singh, Bani Singh, Raj Mal, Inder Singh and Sunita all have become hostile in a Hisar court.



As per information, Haryana police produced 37 accused in the court for identification but all five witnesses refused to recognise any of the accused in the court on Wednesday.


The written statements of all five witnesses were taken in front of Hisar additional district and session judge Baljit Singh.


It is to mention that earlier to this hostile by witnesses other witnesses like Karan Singh, Ram Niwas, Ramphal and Rajender had also make way for easy management of Indian justice by refusing to indentify the all accused in Court.


It is to mention that on April, 21, 2010, upper caste Jats burnt houses of Dalits resulted into alive burning to death of Tara Chand and his daughter Suman , which once got highlighted when Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi visited Mirchpur village without informing Haryana Chief Minister , Bhupinder Singh Hooda.

Hisar court has fixed March 14, 2011 as the date for next hearing of the Mirchpur Dalits burning case.
