27TH NATIONAL CONVENTION - CHENNAI       19, 20, 21 & 22 DECEMBER 2010    Appeal

Dear Mulnivasi Friends,

As you know we are an all India missionary organization working towards the establishment of an egalitarian democratic society based on Phuley-Ambedkarite Ideology and we organize a national convention every year in the month of December to promote the movement for social revolution initiated by our great forefathers. Eventually this year it is our 27th National Convention and as usual we have decided to organize it during the last week of December. Accordingly the processes for the same have been initiated. Therefore on this occasion we would like to share with you our organizational perspectives here.

It is observed that the biggest hurdle in accomplishing social revolution in contemporary India is the seclusion of 52% Mulnivasi OBCs from our movement caused by the Bhrahminical Forces who mislead them in the name of Hinduism & Nationalism. Consequently, the OBCs at large are confused and encircled with various serious problems. The most important of them are related to their constitutional identity and an ambiguity over their numerical strength. It is a well-known fact that after 1931 no caste based census has been conducted. Therefore, it becomes indispensable to count caste in the 2011 Census. However the R.S.S. is opposing the caste based census of OBCs tooth-and-nail. It is making hue and cry that the caste based identification will promote social division and will dilute the efforts made by R.S.S. and the like-minded organizations for bringing social harmony in the society. For the matter of fact, it did not have any objection to the same kind of caste based enumeration of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the census which is being continuously conducted for last more than six decades after independence. It follows the tradition of intra-caste marriages, use of caste based sir-names (titles) and express Brahminic supremacy by wearing janeu in the name of varnashrama dharma and promote all other traditions reflecting its castiest thinking. Then what right it has got to speak of casteless census? It show itself as supporter of ‘casteless society’ but basically it is against the authentication of OBCs numerical strength and intend to deprive them from availing benefits of constitutional provisions. It is also pertinent to note that the present central government by delaying the decision on the issue is working hands-in-gloves with RSS.

The second most important issue is about the demand for representation in legislature to the women of backward classes in the proposed women’s reservation bill. Congress, B.J.P. and Communist Parties (the so called well-wishers of OBCs) and the Brahminical Media are spreading hatred against the demand and are opposing the demand to the fullest of their capacity. They have advised the Yadav-Trio (Lalu, Mulayam and Sharad ) to reserve seats for the women in their respective parties but have never given it in their own parties. Moreover, they are declaring the politicians belonging to Backward Classes as anti-women but they are answerless on the question that, how can the demand for representation for 85% backward classes indigenous women be anti-women and a demand for just 15% Aryan-Brahmin women be pro-women?

Friends, in the light of the above we have decided to awaken the Mulnivasi Bahujan Masses to protect our constitutional rights endangered by these Brahminical forces. This being a matter of battle you are requested to participate in the same to reclaim our constitutional rights. The 27th National convention of BAMCEF is dedicated for this cause so your contribution in terms of time, talent and money is heartily welcomed for its complete success. Jai Bhim! Jai Mulnivasi!!

                                                                               Yours in Mission,

                                                                            Dr. Chandu Maiske
                                           (National General Secretary, BAMCEF)
