Bangalore: V.T. Rajshekar, Editor of Dalit Voice, will inaugurate the Karnataka state conference of the BAMCEF in Bangalore on Nov.21, 2010. President Vaman Meshram will preside over the 2-day conference. Meanwhile, BAMCEF has launched the country-wide Bharat Mukti Morcha rallies in 29 states and 500 districts. The campaign is against the betrayal of the OBCs by Brahmin rulers in census enumeration. The rally began on Sept.26
